Question: Do I have to log-in or sign-in to use your service           Answer: Yes... we have added 30 day photo storage to our service so signing in is now required to access your account.

Question: What can I do if I am being advised that my photo does not have enough resolution to print well?                                                    Answer: The best thing to do is to adjust your camera to take hi-resolution photos in the future. If you have a photo that is low res - you can try taking it into Photoshop to increase the resolution (using the IMAGE" function). You can still order the photo even if you are being advised that the photo does not have enough resolution; however, it may not come out with the detail sharp/crisp and may show some pixilation.
